Terms of service

PinAndSeal is software for fire extinguisher service companies, operated by Artem Karpov, an individual based in Brazil ("we"). By paying for or using PinAndSeal you agree to these terms.

The service

PinAndSeal lets your technicians record inspections, produce PDF reports with QR codes, and keep a list of upcoming service dates. PinAndSeal does not issue service tags, certify equipment, or determine compliance with any law, code or standard. You and your licensed technicians remain responsible for the work and for meeting the requirements of the Texas State Fire Marshal's Office and any other authority.

Payment, setup and refunds

The plan costs USD 490 per year, paid in advance. We set up your account within 14 days of payment; if we do not, you get a full refund. You can also ask for a full refund within 30 days of payment for any reason by writing to hello@pinandseal.com. The plan renews only if you choose to pay for another year.

Your data

Reports, customer records and photos you add belong to you. You can export them at any time. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use PinAndSeal to make false inspection records, to impersonate a government agency, or to send messages people did not agree to receive.

Liability

PinAndSeal is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
