PinAndSeal is operated by Artem Karpov, an individual based in Brazil. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Your contact details when you email us or pay: name, company, email, phone.
- Sample reports and photos you send us, used only to prepare your sample.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic, cookie-free website analytics: pages visited and the referring site.
How we use it
To answer you, prepare samples, provide the service and send account emails. We do not sell personal information and do not share it except with providers that run the service for us, such as Stripe for payments and our email and hosting providers.
Retention and your choices
Sample reports are deleted within 30 days unless you become a customer. You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@pinandseal.com. If we emailed you and you do not want to hear from us again, reply "stop" and we will not write again.
